OEM Circuit Design and Manufacture

AR Elektronik’s main OEM line of products is AC motor power control modules for application to home electrical appliances. Our power control modules are manufactured for Arçelik, the largest home appliance manufacturer in Turkey. These circuits are installed in vacuum cleaners manufactured by Arçelik and are exported world wide including EU countries and USA, Britain, Germany, Russia, Egypt.

Our circuits have been designed in our R&D department not only in accordance with our client’s specifications but also to pass CE marking tests and EMC tests required to export to EU countries. They are manufactured according to ISO-9001 standards and CE approved by international testing labs. AR Elektronik has earned multiple awards from Arçelik, such as "Best OEM of the year", "Best Domestic Product of the year" for its cost effective and high quality design.

Our AC power control circuits address a broad range of our client’s needs such as: simple pre-set multi level control, analog variable control, active control with feedback from sensors to determine cleaning surface, variable digital power control. AR Elektronik not only designed the electronics for the vacuum cleaner but we have also designed and manufacture the plastic and metal fixtures and enclosures used in the vacuum cleaner module.
